MINUTES of the Annual Parish Meeting of BOBBINGTON PARISH COUNCIL held on Wednesday 18^th April 2007 at Halfpenny Gren Vineyeards at 7.30pm

Apologies for non-attendance were submitted on behalf of C. Cllr. B Edwards.

3. MINUTES:

The minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting had previously been approved and signed.

4. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

To be deferred until the Annual General Meeting.

5. CORBETT SCHOOL REPORT

To be deferred until the Annual General Meeting.

6. VILLAGE HALL REPORT

To be deferred until the Annual General Meeting.

7. HOLY CROSS CHURCH

Mrs. Jill Humphries reported that English Heritage have given the Church a grant for the repair of the tower roof.

The new roof would be a pyramid shape in accordance with the last photo taken in the 1950’s prior to it being taken down.

The balance between the cost of the work and the grant is to be raised through Various fundraising activities.
