Welcome to Andy Pitt's Life History
My Life
The Early Years
- 1963
- 04 September
- On this day, I was born at a very early age.
- This must have been one of the highlights of my life and like many more
times to follow, I was not in a fit state to remember much about it !!!
- 1968
- My earliest memory.
- I started school today, the teacher said "Sit here for the present".
I am still waiting for my present !!!
- 1975
- Big day - New school.
- Gone are the days of the Bobbington high life, its time to move on to the civilized
world of Comprehensive school.
- I never did find out why Grey house wore yellow football strips. Anyone
who went to Edgecliffe school reading this who could shine a light on this
mystery, please get in touch. email:

- 1978
- Fell in love for the first time.
- Yes Jane, I finally admit it. I did send you that postcard whilst on
holiday.
- Those games of badminton with you and Sally-Ann where the nearest I ever
got to you.
- Why wasn't my love returned?
- 1982
- The real world beckons. It is time for me to leave school
- What a water fight we had on our last day in the sixth form!! I have tried
to put together a list of those who left with me. If you are reading this and
you remember this event, please check my list by clicking
and drop me an E-mail if I've
missed you. Also update me with where you are now. email: andy@chipmonk.demon.co.uk
The Middle Years
- 1984
- Started work at West Bromwich Building Society.
- An interesting part of my life, met some real good friends while working
here and some rather 'interesting' characters.
- Fog, Clarence, Psycho, Big Tracy to name a few.
- Get in touch if you remember me. email: andy@chipmonk.demon.co.uk
- 1986
- My first holiday abroad.
- Club 18-30 in Lloret-de-mar.
- A wild time, but what happened to the sex, sun and sangria reputation.
- OK, it was sunny and the sangria tasted good. But I cant help feeling that
I was missing something.
- 1987
- The Birth of Swindon Young Farmers.
- Why Swindon Young Farmers were based in Enville, I never really knew but we
had some good times. Any old members out there, drop me a line. email: andy@chipmonk.demon.co.uk
